Oversized or heavy works
Artworks that exceed DHL’s standard limits (larger than 120 × 60 × 60 cm or heavier than 31.5 kg) cannot be shipped via regular DHL parcel service. In this case, two options are available:
- Pickup in Dettelbach — free of charge. Please arrange an appointment by email or phone.
- Freight shipping by arrangement — we will arrange a suitable carrier together with you. Costs depend on size, weight, and destination and will be discussed individually.

Every artwork is individually and carefully packed. Packaging costs are included in the shipping price.
